About Johann Pieterse
Since stepping back from full-time executive positions in 2013 after 50 years in the business world, I have dedicated myself to academic research and intellectual contributions. I hold two DBA degrees from Business Netherlands and another from GlobalNXT University in Malaysia, with my second DBA focusing on the use of AI in the travel industry. Recently, I completed a book chapter discussing the ethical and practical aspects of human-AI collaboration in postgraduate research, and I have also authored a book titled "Collaborative Knowing" with the chatbot Grok. At 75 years old, I am eager to learn and explore new experiences, and my wife and I enjoy travelling extensively around the globe.
